Living with a mother who never notices you'll alive and the only thing close to a mother-type figure, a stepmom, hates you just as much. Reminds me a bit like Cinderella, but without a fairy god-mother coming down to save the day and singing mice.
"She told me she loved me when I left last night, but now she hates me! She says 'I love you' to my brothers and sisters, but never to me and last night was the first time she has ever said that to me! And I say it to her all the time and actually mean it! It's amazing how quick she changes! I know she didn't mean it when she said it though."
That's exactly what my friend texted me early this morning. I could feel her hurt when I read it, to the point where I was near tears. It's sad how someone so awesome and great, like my friend, has to put up with that everyday.
I don't really know why I'm putting this on here, I guess just to say to those people out there who do have mothers or fathers or even someone who loves you don't take it for granted.
Thanks 4 readin...Meg
